The team is based centrally within the greater Phoenix metropolitan area at the base of the Phoenix Mountain Preserve where the SR-51 & Shea Blvd meet.
We work across the valley for clients at all budget ranges and for all transaction and property types.
Our style is a consultative style, exercising a well-developed set of sales skills when it's time to and otherwise understanding that our role is one of high impact and low profile in the greater scheme of what homes mean to clients and the community.

Born and raised in Long Beach, CA Michelle’s career launched in 2000 at her Aunt’s Real Estate and Mortgage Brokerage. A start in lending in an administrative role graduated to loan processor & finally loan officer. In 2003 she became a Realtor® in Arizona, working for a tech-startup Brokerage in the early days of real estate + tech . In the downturn Michelle was a Salesperson on an award winning RE/Max Team, in the recovery she branched out on her own at HomeSmart where she simultaneously represented clientele as a Salesperson, while creating the company's signature mentorship and training program as Manager Of Agent Development. Prior to joining RealtyONEGroup in 2019, Michelle held a dual role as a Salesperson and Managing Broker of the boutique brokerage, NORTH&CO.
Michelle's excitement for the technical facets of the trade and passion for delivering skillful care and representation of clients and the community play out in her work as a Continuing Education Instructor, RE School owner/operator.
